This book is written for young children and is based on the real-life adventures of our family Siamese cat "Mr Smudge", who patiently allowed me to do life-drawings
of him while I learned how to draw cats. 
The illustrations are rendered with natural media on cartridge paper using pencil, sepia ink, then completed with watercolor and gouache paint. 

The book has sold over 50,000 copies so far, and won the silver prize in the Reed Book Awards.
